Tracking Your Orders

The tracking numbers can be checked at this website: http://track.thailandpost.com This is to check whether has registered in the system and left the country.

About 5 - 10 days later, check your country's post website such as USPS and use the given tracking numbers.

Please note that your post office may have changed our tracking numbers, so the system will not show the shipment. In most cases, the package will arrive at timeframe given.

Remarks

• Some countries such Canada and Mexico can see delay in the arrival of the packages due to its customs and local postal service

• Once the packages are shipped, the email to notify customers will be sent out automatically. If you cannot find it, kindly check junk mails

• The customers are responsible for customs taxes should there be any once the package is received at your destination
